If this for a web page
Right click in the top of screen (toolbar) you will see a number of toolbar options select the menu bar
add to your screen toolbar File Edit View Favorites Tools
view tab from the drop down list will be a Zoom with percentages %
and text sizes largest to smallest.
or if its just the size of the fonts on your desktop.
Click start control panel display desktop you can select a different desktop from the drop down list
or a browse button where you can select different pictures this may vary depending on your operating system.
also settings you can
change the settings for more or less pixels or from the drop down list pick the
appropriate level of color range or troubleshoot also select advanced then
general dpi normal size, larger size or custom settings.
Always click APPLY after making any changes
Hope this helps.

always click APPLY after making any changes.
Right click in the top toolbar you will see a number of toolbars and options select the menu tab this will add to the Toolbar File Edit View Favorites Tools and Help
On the top of the internet page you should see some tabs file edit view favorites tools and help Click on the view tab on the drop down list you should see a zoom size %
Click a different percentage also a text size you might try a different text size although this will not increase the size of the page only the text fonts inside it
There might be a menu button on the monitor where you can adjust reduce / expand the screen sizes usually located on the underside of the monitor of course this will depend on your brand of monitor.
hope this helps.
