1. Connect a computer to any one of the four LAN ports of the Belkin wireless router.
2. Open your web browser and type the router IP address of the router (by default, the address is http://192.168.2.1.) in the address bar and press Enter.
3. Click Login on the top of the page to login to the router. By default the Password is left blank, click Submit.
4. Click Security under Wireless menu.
Hook up the computer to the router with a LAN cable, and then in an internet window type in 192.168.0.1
that is the adress of your router.

Stability and reliability are also critical
We use a comcast cable modem
Must support mixed environment - 2 Macs connecting wirelessly, 2 PCs (1 with a wired connection)
We all want to be able to share a printer (which will connect to router with a wired connection)
Network attached storage, media streaming - I'm not worried about these now, looking for basic connectivity. Though would be great if I could grow into this in the future...
