Unfortunately theres not much else you can do, unless one of the buttons is stuck and visibly pushed in further than the others, it looks as though the control chip for your monitor is malfunctioning.

First place to look will be for bad caps in the power supply/inverter section, post back what you see inside so we can guide you further, see example of failed monitors due to bad caps: http://s807.photobucket.com/home/budm/allalbums

nothing you can reset from monitor other than color brightness. You can contact with AG Neovo as [email protected] to have a RMA number and they will estimate you the repair fee if it is out of warranty.

Good luck on that one...you can only get that if your a service center.

normally the 19" resolution can support up to 1280*1024, but if it comes with vertical lines in full screen, it might indicate the panel is no longer to work and probably it's time to replace new one.

You may have to turn on the external video from inside the BIOS; not all systems are set up to feed video to the VGA port unless told to do so.

Try ordering a new power adapter from Neovo. Call them up. It could't hurt. Apparently adapters are tricky items. I have no idea how much they cost, but if its reasonable it would be a fair tade for the nuisance you are dealing with now.
