I have an IQ collar#150211 that is not working. Can I get it repaired

What is turning

Could be a couple of things.

If you are sewing a new collar, turning is done after you've sewn three edges together and then you turn the item so the right sides are out and the raw seams are enclosed inside the collar. Then the collar is attached to the garment using the fourth (unsewn) edge.

How to Sew Collar Points Melly Sews

Or turning on an old, worn garment is when the collar or cuff is unstitched from the shirt and then flipping it over so the worn part is on the underside and the fresh, clean part is facing up (as against the neck edge or, in the case of a cuff, against the arm). This is an idea from the depression era when people wanted to get more use out of an item that was showing wear.

While using the hammer drill the chuck came off and I cannot get it back on.

Wipe the spindle off and in the back side of the chuck. The back collar is spring loaded and should move freely, if not I would use some lubricating fluid until the collar moves, with that said when you reinstall pull on the back collar to release the locking steel balls and push on spindle then release the collar and turn it until you feel the steel balls click into the indents on the spindle. Let me know if you need more assistance.

My mazzer coffee grinder brings out medium to almost a whole bean grinds ,,,am trying to get a fine grind(for the espresso) but it's not working ,,, i've tried to move the scale to all the numbers but the...

Lets do this, remove the bean hopper, and make sure there are no beans in the burr chamber. Then looking down at the collar with the numbers back up screw if there is one on it. Now if memory serves me right clockwise is coarse and counter is fine. Look down in the burr chamber, notice the nut in the middle, turn it with your fingers that will move the bottom burr, if burr turns freely we will move on if not plug in grinder and let it grind out remaining beans. With beans gone unplug grinder, then turn collar towards fine until you cannot go no more, now try turning nut it will be hard if not impossible to move, turn collar towards coarse until you can barely move bottom burr with fingers, you will hear and feel the burrs touching, that will be our bottom setting. Now pick a spot on the grinder you can use the small notch in the middle, count out 16 notches towards coarse and turn collar to that point. Use the notches around the collar not the ones on the top next to the numbers. Your grind should be almost perfect, depending on blend and machine you might have to adjust 1 notch to the left or right after testing.

How to replace a headlight on a 1994 nissan altima

Hi, drivers side, you need to remove the air box & air filter and part of the ducting. Passenger side you might be able to get in but remove some things if you have to to save removing flesh from your hands. At the back of the headlamp capsule there is a large white cap with wires going into the center. Turn it counter clockwise and it will pull away from the back of the capsule. You will see a wire clip holding in the bulb, unclip it at the bottom and the bulb will come loose. you will have to unplug only the center wire as the outer wire goes to a collar around the base of the bulb to provide a ground. Note the position of the collar as there are two guide bumps on it and it base of the bulb to provide a ground. Note the position of the collar as there are two guide bumps on it and it has to go back in the right position. Remove the collar and the bulb will be in your hand. The bulb will be an H-1. has to go back in the right position. Remove the collar and the bulb will be in your hand. The bulb will be an H-1. Reverse to install. !/2 hour labour in a shop, rude design...

Our garbage disposal is leaking between the black rubber gasket and the stainless collar

you must first turn off the power to the disposal ( it could be a wall switch or a circuit breaker) then disconnect the 1inch pvc 90 from the disposal ( its usually black or grey and it's connected to the trap, you should then grip the disposal and twist it to your left because you are facing it. the disposal will then release from the collar check the rubber gasket for any damage or debris you either spin the the disposal back on useing a hammer to lightly tap the metal ring on the collar tighter, if it still leaks remove again and go to home depot and buy a new collar be sure to put everything back together and turn back on power when complete
