Zen Microphoto stuck on recovery mode

While i was listening to it, it suddenly froze, so i took out the battery in the back, and then put it back in. when i turned it on it came to the recovery screen with the 4 options, i tried all of the options but every time i turn it, it just goes back to this same screen with the four options. Anyone know how to fix this problem?
