REset your bios setting to default this will resolve the issue.
however memory also sometime do this error, try another memory ...if this not resolve the verify the motherboard chips for overheating. remove some parts ..all part or components and then boot it one by..example you remove the cd rom video card lan card...hard drive test it one by one using that computer. boot it with out video card..beeps then., stop and insert the video card..boot again..next connect the hard drive..test it if boot successful and if no more shutting down insert another one component until you can pinpoint the components that got problems.
