Question about Samsung X05 Notebook
I need to replace a SAMSUNG CDRW/DVD SN-324F but cannot find any instructions on how to remove the old one. I suspect that it is a case of once having got the case apart it is obvious how it "should have been done", but by then the damage has been done!
Again, I suspect that the installation of the new part is the reverse of removal.
Anyone have any instructions on how to do it?
On that model check to see if the any screws under were the drive is. remove them. also i believe the are small latches the hold the keyboard in place. using a flat head screwdriver you should be able to slowly anchor the keyboard out. the drive is underneath and there you go.
