Looks like the hard configuration in the BIOS is messed up and needs to be factory/default. Instead of UEFI, set it to legacy/CSM.
If that doesn't work, then the hard drive is either wiped and formatted or Master boot record (MBR) is screwed up.
The MBR is easy thing to fix, simply grab a windows disc, boot it into there, and then look for the command prompt and run these commands
fixmbr
fixboot
For Windows 8 and above, its these
bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot
Exit and reboot. Should now be able to see Windows to boot into this time.
