Looks like the hard configuration in the BIOS is messed up and needs to be factory/default. Instead of UEFI, set it to legacy/CSM.

If that doesn't work, then the hard drive is either wiped and formatted or Master boot record (MBR) is screwed up.

The MBR is easy thing to fix, simply grab a windows disc, boot it into there, and then look for the command prompt and run these commands
fixmbr
fixboot

For Windows 8 and above, its these
bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot

Exit and reboot. Should now be able to see Windows to boot into this time.

Big trouble. Try safe mode, if possible. Don\'t use recovery procedure, just manually remove unnecessary things. Finally backup your data, and reinstall whole system?

I need to restore to factory

Are you trying to format your computer? You can use the disc that came with the computer. Many vendors refer it as recovery discs. There will be instructions on the disc label. In case you want further assistance, we can ask assistance with your computer manufacturer. If you are using retail copy of windows, all you need to do is boot to CD then installation will start. Make sure to back-up your data :)

2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next."

Windows boot manager for TOSHIBA PRO L300

You will need an original windows installation disc and not a recovery disc. If you do not have one, then you have the option of taking to a shop that does and have them run the repair utility. Or, if you can find someone who has burned a copy of the windows ultimate boot disc, that will also help in repairing the boot manager and files.

Black screen, computer will not boot up and start

try to boot the computer using the recovery disc in it, sounds like some operating system files are gone or corrupted, booting from the disc should reinstall the os, or the missing files, but it will check for hardware problems anyways......hope this helps...shia
