Instructions I need instructions on how to put the pack and play together--Graco 9445DOH

Call Combi and explain that the bolt has fallen out and is missing. I am sure they will send you one. Customer service will work for you if you are nice and if all else fails maybe they will sell it to you. Couldn't cost much.

Lift the pull ******** the bottom/floor of the pack n play. This will allow you
to raise and lower the sides. It is the only way! You have to have the bottom
lifted up like a volcano to allow the sides to go up and down. It is their safety device.

Hi, to set up the pack and play, first latch each of the four sides together. (Each side rail latches together in the middle -- just straighten the rail.) Once all four sides are locked and straight, push down on the center of the pack and play bottom (it's probably red) until it snaps into place.

To fold the pack and play up, just follow these instructions in reverse -- pull the bottom up first, then press in the button on each side rail to fold up each side.

Always make sure the pack and play is completely set up and locked before putting a child in it!

Is the floor of the pack and play still folded up? If the floor is pushed down more than halfway, the sides will usually not latch. You have to push the floor up higher (push the sides closer together) and then try to latch the sides again. Sometimes you have to use a little force with the sides, but they should snap right in.

remove it from the side then hold bottom with one hand hold arm of mobile about 3 inches from that bracket n twist it should unlock then pull apart batteries go inside
