I have a 42" plama TV and my nephew cracked the screen. I have had the TV for over a year so the warranty expired but I have watched the TV less than 10 hours. Can it be fixed? I love my TV but should I just buy a nother one? I was told to buy a screen myself and have someone put it in for me that will be a lot cheaper. But where can I get a TV screen from?
PLEASE HELP!!!!

My brand new 50" Panasonic TH-50PF9UK fell and cracked it outter Glass and bent frame. Picture is clean and the Repair Tech sees no leaks at this time but says that it could leak within first 3 months. He can replace the glass and fix other damages. No estimate yet. I paid about $3000. Should I bother getting it repair and take chances and how much should I spend on it? I think $1000?

For the new TV I'd pickup a screen protector for it. My son threw a toy at my TV the other day and I nearly had a heart attack from the flashbacks. Thank God I picked up one of these a few weeks earlier. It stopped it. http://www.tv-armor.com
