Do you have any lights working on the front panel? If not most lower circuit boards have a small fuse on the circuit board. shut down ALL power before checking for the fuse. The lower board has both 115 volts as well as 12 volts. If the lights are working on the front panel then most likely the lower circuit board is faulty and will need to be replaced.

Does this dryer require 110 or 220 amps?

A gas dryer usually only takes 110 volts not amps. All electric dryers take 220 volts.

It runs the battery down

Does your frig have 110, Gas and 12 volt setting? ... or is it auto select?

This is the way they should work ... if there is 110 Volts, it should run on 110 volts. The device is still controlled by 12 volts but the heat source is electric. If there is no 110 volts, it should switch to gas as a heat source. Same deal with the control, runs on 12 volts. If there is no electric and no gas, it should select 12 volts for a heat source ... same deal with the control. Problem with 12 volt source for heat is it GOBBLES up the power in your battery.

How is your battery? Do a volt test on the battery and the charger. Charger should run about 14 volts. Battery should provide at least 11 volts. If it is such that you can measure the acid, a good reading is 1200. Your charger can provide only about 15 amps charging power. Your battery should be able to provide up to 110 amp/hours.

If you do have electric and gas, it may not be your frig that is killing the battery ...

My drier 110 volts was accidentally plugged to 220

The least of your problems would be a burnt out relay or internal switch which can be replaced at reasonable expense. In a worst case the motor or heating element "fried" and it'll be cheaper to buy a new dryer.
BTW 110 and 220 plugs are entirely different and a 110 plug cannot be plugged into a 220 outlet.

Have a husky 19 gal 1.5hp it kicks on when first start to work and when it builds up air and i use it and when it wants to kick back on it wont i have to wait till it cools down.

Is there an option for you to run this compressor on 220 volts vs 110 volts??? If so, you may want to convert it by following the re-wire instructions on the motor or wire access plate/instuction book. The reason your compressor won't fire up again after building pressure is the head pressure is to great at restart and 110 household current is not enough to give the power needed to turn the piston. You'll need to replace the plug and have someone run a 220 volt circuit once the conversion is completed.
