Combination key to reset E005 in canon NP6330

i have replaced the cleaning web that rides above the upper fixing roller in a canon NP6330 still E005 is still there.what are the combination key to reset E005.please help me i dont know what to do next.

Go into service mode #6 (counter mode) and go to where it says 'web'. Not sure on that one, one of two things, you highlight 'web' and press clear or you go to 'web' and press the clear key while pressing in the service button.
