Printer Code and Power Failure Error
We had a power outage at work over the weekend.
The power is back on but the Panafax UF-490 will not print any faxes. There are two error codes that flash "Printer Error 021" and "Power Failure 887".
I have tried unplugging it for a few minutes then plugging it back in, in other outlets. I have also replaced all the cords, etc but it's still not working.
We have no tech support and we have no service contract with anyone for this fax machine.
We are able to fax out, however, and we are receiving faxes and they are being stored in the memory, they just aren't printing.

press Function 7 monitor(4 times) *
service mode is appear
scroll down.. select Ram initialize select all job clear.. if the problem still there.. repeat the procedure but instead of all job clear.. select the Flash memory clear.. found it after all job clear mode
