YOU DON'T NEED ANY SOFTWARE TO LOAD THE VIDEOS OR PHOTOS ON TO YOUR COMPUTER FROM ANY JVC CAMERA. WHEN YOU PLUG IN THE USB YOU CAN ACCESS THE CAMERA AS IF IT WAS A COMPUTER HARDDRIVE “MASS STORAGE” JUST COPY THE FILES FROM THE DIRECTORY ON THE CAMERA. BADA BING BADA BOOM YOU ARE DONE.
