i have been trying to play a game on my laptop called cabal. my system has all of the requirements to fully run the game and it does for about 5-10 min. after that its choppy as all hell and moves almost frame by frame. i have tried a number of things from re downloading and installing to increasing the ram dedicated to the graphics card. i have a few friends who also play this and they run it perfectly even though they have lower system specs than my laptop. im seriously drawing a blank here if anyone has an answer...

i updated the drivers which helped greatly and also got a cooling pad. a heating issue was making my l.t. run programs much slower.

Try updating the Drivers for your Graphics card. Keep in mind that if you happen to be running on an Intel Graphics Chip, this game will never run correctly. The two typical websites for driver updates depending on your graphics card are www.nvidia.com and www.ati.com.
