usually the flybacks solder becomes an issue and will blow the FL231, DL231 and the CL230. You can get the repair kit called the ITC222 and ITC222A convergence option missing. From www.tvrepairworld.com which contains the parts and the CD with instructions.

When you say replaced the convergence twice, are you refering to the convergence boards or the FL231 fuse? If its the FL231 fuse unless you replaced the DL231 and CL230 plus reflowed the solder on the flyback it will continue to keep blowing untill the 3 parts are replaced together and the flyback gets resoldered. If you replaced the convergence boards then try resoldering the flyback.

Did you change DL231 and CL230 with the fl231? Also did you reflow the solder on the flyback and vertical IC? Bad solder is what blows the FL231, but without changin DL231 and CL230 and resoldering the flyback and vertical the fix wont be fully effective.

The only fuse that will govern the convergence option is FL231 along with the two other components that you mentioned. If that didnt fix the issue the deflection board or the convergence power supply is defective. The deflection board is most suspect.
