Problem for Bionaire BDQ24 Quietech Dehumidifier
Dehumidifier running but no pulling any water from the room

The unit is running but is not pulling any water from the room. Tank is still empty. This unit is only 1 year old. Last year it worked great. We only use it in the summer months. Can this be corrected?
