1st. you can contact vodafone and they will send a request to nokia for the network unlock code

the best thing to do is when the unit is running then go to the outsid eo fthe house find the vent and feel the air it should be good and strong if not check for restrions some where in the ducting

It might be the reset is worn out or it's bi-metal is weak. But it most likely is because of air restrions. When the air cannot move freely in the heater it will overheat. Give it a good cleaning and make sure it is vented well with no air restrictions.
