Crockpot handle brokeoff lid

Rival Crockpot lid handle broke off; called Rival, they don't have them in stock, but boy they want to sell you a new one at 25% off.
I don't need or want a NEW one! I want this one fixed!

Check your local Goodwill or Salvation Army stores -- crockpots, liners, and lids show up their pretty often, and are usually very reasonable.
