I can't open attatchments on my qwest mail.i was told to download internet expl. 7 to open(i have vista home premium) i downloaded 7 and was shown it's not compatible. it said find out if i have 86(32 bit) or 64(64 bit)can you help me?

First check which edition of vista do you have,
go to my computer , right click and selct properties.
and download the suitable version of ie
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/worldwide-sites.aspx
and if the prblem still continues try and resetting ie
by going to tools select internet options and then go to advance tab and click on reset button .
