How do I miter with my radial arm saw (RA-2500). I can't tell from the manual.

the slide can be angled by the degree plate where the timber sits
the blade can be angled by the degree plate on the arm that mounts the saw
so you can get a 45 degree to the timber length and a 45 degree angle cut to that angle to give you a corner mitre cut

Dewalt 12 inch compound sliding miter saw

This saw has locking indexing to set bevels for 52 degree crown molding the other common crown angle is 45 degrees, the bevel setting needs to be other than where the locking indexs are for the 52 degree crown. Problem is that the bevel lock does not securely hold at the bevel angle required. Is their an adjustment to get this lock to hold tighter.

What is the reference angle of 225 degrees and 15'

The answer to this is 45 degrees and 15' i.e. forty five degrees and 15 minutes. Each degree is split into 60 minutes. So that 15' would be 15/60 degrees. that means 225 degrees and 15' is equal to 225.25 degrees. The reference angle is given by = 225.25 - 180 degrees which is equal to 45.25 degrees. This is in fact 45 degrees and 15'.

Doesn't stay flush to bottom, good suction, if I hold front portion down it works great!

It's most likely a piece of debris in your flapper of your automatic pool cleaner. Debris may prevent flapper movement or restrict flow. You might also want to check for proper hose balance. The hose should stay at a 45 degree angle to the pool floor. If it is greater than a fourty five degree angle, the hose is too light. Move the weights closer to cleaner, or move the first two weights closer to each other. If it is less than a 45 degree angle, move the weights away from cleaner, or separate the first
two weights away from each other.

Replaced slave cylinder and cant build hyd. pressure

You will have to bleed out the cylinder. You can do this by removing the cap on the slave cylinder resivor under the hood. Remove the slave cylinder from the transmission leave the line hooked up. Hold the slave cylinder at a 45 degree angle with the line end pointed up. Push the metal rod in and out while holding it at a 45 degree angle until the rod gets super hard to push. Holding it at a 45 degree angle allows the air to flow out though the line and out the resivor tank up above. Just be sure the tank is full when doing this. Also after doing this you should have good pedal however in a day or so you will probably have to do it again to get all of the air out. (Most of the time the pedal will fade again in a day) but dont worry just bleed it again. after the second time it is usually good. Good luck hope this helps feel free to contact me with any more questions about this
