In the owners manual there is a bluetooth icon in the picture to open up but I do not see one on the actual screen. I am trying to connect my phone and music to the system but can't.
The navi requires an antenna similar to a siriusXM antenna. is that connected. the bluetooth issue sounds like the OS.

Check the (+ve) voltage at both ACC & BATT [RED&YELLOW] wires for voltage. Red supply line have a fuse carrier with 2Amps fuse and yellow supply line have a fuse carrier with 5Amps fuse. Both supply lines should be energised. Check the Black wire fo proper earth (--ve); chasis. If these voltages at bot Red&Yellow is there, the set should work without any problem.
