Connecting New Amilo Laptop to Projector

My new Fuj-Siemens Amilo laptop has a different cable socket to the earlier standard external monitor and projector cable sockets! Is there a converter or special cable available and from where. What is its official description. I want to connect to a standard projector.
The socket on the rear of the Amilo has a logo of an oval with an arrow and square bend sign!! Your advice would be appreciated.
