Hi,
i,d suggest that the HD Channels are encrypted so that you cannot record them, Or That you don,t have The Correct leads setup. i.e hdmi Cable from TV To Player et,c.
If none of these help, please refer to your user Manual Or Contact The Manufacturer Or Supplier.
