Unfortunately the error that you getting means that there is a problem with the hard drive. So you will need to replace the drive in the system. Note the D620 uses a SATA drive.

are you sure it is 620? not 6020 or 6200? try hitting 1087 two times on the keypad, that is maintenance mode now type 906 and start button or execute and start button. that will reset a fusing code. that is the only way to reset those codes for safety reasons.
this is a fuser error meaning that the fuser has overheated. In most cases the thermal fuse or thermostat blows and will need replacing. especially if you get the 630 code, and switch the machine of and back on and get a 610 code.
