I have a fridge freezer and the door wont stay closed. Small freezer at top and large fridge at bottom - both using the same door. Any answers?

MY BEKO FREEZER DOOR WILL NOT STAY CLOSED AND I AM HAVING TO REGULARY GET THE ICE OFF THE FREZER IS IT THE SEAL THAT HAS BROKEN

my frost free freezer keeps icing up.i have to defrost it about twice a year.the build up of ice is found on the ceiling of the freezer and growing outwards so eventually the door wont close properly.ive turned the temperature dial to `minimum`after defrosting but doesnt make a slightest bit of difference.

Check to see that the front of the fridge is raised at least 1/4 of an inch higher than the back.
