To install the driver for your cam all you have to do is go to the a4tech website, click on downloads, then select your cam model, www.a4tech.com

Just plug the webcam in and windows will automatically install the drivers, if it asks for the drivers just insert the disc, when you do this windows will auto play the CD so just shut down the auto install program and leave the disc in the drive and carry on with the driver installation manually.
