Check to see if the fuser is working yu should be

check to see if the fuser is working yu should be able to tell if you open the side door up at the top you will see the fuser orange roller and black.. feel to see of it has gotten hot be careful though it does get upto 180c.. if this is ok then check the toner is set right as it may be trying to load did you give the toner cartridge a shake before you put it in this can sometimes be compacted.. good luck A
