Not a reset problem. More like the chair is not in gear or a battery problem.

How do you wake up a controller that is asleep?

The majority of controllers have a sleep timer. If the chair is on for a specific time period without use, it turns itself off, or, goes into a sleep mode. The chair is in a sleep mode when the operator tries the move forward and the chair does not move and lights on the controller blink rapidly.

To solve this, simply turn off chair, wait 10-30 seconds and turn chair back on. You should be able to operate as normal.

What does my tss300 power indicater keep flashing left to right but won't move. batteries are fully charged and reset is set?

The chair is more than likely in free wheel. There are two levers under front of the seat (yellow). Pulling them forward should place the chair in freewheel and pushing the levers back should place the chair in drive. Once in drive mode, turn power on to reset joystick.
