I have a samsung f 6300 series. Had it set up for only a month then I moved overseas so it was packed and shipped with the rest of our things in a crate. Once we unpacked and set it up it was working perfectly. My husband feel asleep while watching tv and tv went into standby mode with the logo appearing. When I tried to turn it off it wouldnt so I unplugged. Now it won't even turn on, will not stay on or will turn itself off and or will turn on and off. I have changed all the settings like Energy saving mode and standby to OFF
Depending on where you ended up..most of the power in other countries is 220..it is not as stable as ours is here.. this causes surges constantly..in order to avoid these surges, you need a stabalizing transformer to help keep the system more leveled out..
Testimonial: "We live in Italy on a American us base. We have both 220 and 110 wall outlets. We also tried using a transformer and still we had the same problem. Also, we tried plugging the tv to wall outlet directly and checking other outlets in the house"
