Tv turning off and on

I have a samsung f 6300 series. Had it set up for only a month then I moved overseas so it was packed and shipped with the rest of our things in a crate. Once we unpacked and set it up it was working perfectly. My husband feel asleep while watching tv and tv went into standby mode with the logo appearing. When I tried to turn it off it wouldnt so I unplugged. Now it won't even turn on, will not stay on or will turn itself off and or will turn on and off. I have changed all the settings like Energy saving mode and standby to OFF

We live in Italy on a American us base. We have both 220 and 110 wall outlets. We also tried using a transformer and still we had the same problem. Also, we tried plugging the tv to wall outlet directly and checking other outlets in the house

Depending on where you ended up..most of the power in other countries is 220..it is not as stable as ours is here.. this causes surges constantly..in order to avoid these surges, you need a stabalizing transformer to help keep the system more leveled out..

Samsung led tv 6300 series turns on then off how can i fix it

Its a bad main board, very common failure on this series, the board is quite expensive and hard to get, you can try baking it in the oven as it may get it operational for awhile again but the permanent fix is to replace the main board.

How do I turn off the subtitle / closed captioning on a Samsung series 6 6300?

Is the captioning coming from a source such as a Sky box? If so, you need to switch off closed captions on the source box and not the TV.

Just took delivery of a model 6300 LCD TV and it caame with a user manual for a LED. Is that a problem?

The Samsung HDTV 6300 series IS an LED HDTV. These nice new HDTVs are LED backlit but use LCD displays, in other words they are LED LCD HDTVs. Chances are 99.99% you have the correct user manual.
