Your service provider can supply you with the correct sim card. Walmart has them for whatever prepaid service you use.

for Aircel PUK code u have to contact with your service provider ..talk with customer care and ask for the PUK code ..just in case your number is blocked so u can use any other number of same service provider.


How to find PUK code for Aircel sim card
It is very easy to get the PUK, all you have to do is just call Aircel Customer care through your another Aircel number or from your friend mobile who are using Aircel.

Before calling customer care make sure you have
1.The 8 -15 unique number printed on your sim card, Incase if you dont have it on your simcard you may find it in the cover pack which comes with new sim card.

2.The name of the owner of the sim, owner means the name which you have given when you are buying the new sim.

3.There are some rare cases where they ask about the last recharge amount or date.

PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a uniqueeight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PINnumber to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are thengiven 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is enteredafter the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and willrequire a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider.
PUK codes can be obtained through the following ways - The PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack.If you do not have this then -Please contact your phone service provider.
Your cell phone service provider can give you the PUK code once you give themyour account details and they have confirmed your identity.

switch off your phone then take out your sim card. see the sim card there is a set of numbers are printed .note down this numbers then place your sim and switch on your mobile. Now take another mobile with the same aircel network . call the customer care from that mobile and ask them you need puk code for your number . They ask sim and phone number .say your phone number of the sim which is puk code locked and the sim card number which is printed on your sim card. they will say a puk code no and a pin code number .Note down this numbers and type it on your phone .Now your sim will be unlocked

you should try using you sim card on a different phone. If it still says sim card rejected, then you need to call your cellphone service provide to check the provisioning of your cellular service. but if your sim card works with a different phone, then it is possible that the sim card holder of your current phone is loose or damaged. you must have it checked by your local cellphone repair center.

there might be problem with the sim card holder. try to insert some piece of paper folded atop the sim card and close the sim holder
