in my c700 the prblem is with audio system. when earphones are fixed to laptop the sound comes from earphone and normal speakers both.tell me what to do?

Hi,

go to the windows start button - control panel - sound.
Then take a look a the settings, with the earphones plugged in and out.
Maybe, you have to deactivate the normal sound system, while the earphones are plugged in.
Or maybe you see some settings there to control the outgoing sound.
