I have a rye I cb76k belt sander and when I turn it on the sanding belt does not move. I have checked the tension on the belt and it is fine. Any suggestions, please?

There will be a tracking adjustment somewhere, usually a knob or wheel located at one end (axle) of the sander that allows you to adjust that... run the sander at low speed while you turn it until it tracks straight

Cannot give a direct answer, since I don't know what country you are in (I'm in France). Try doing a Google search for "Toothed belt suppliers, (your city)". Try a Yellow Pages search for the same.
Shops selling toothed belts can nearly always find an equivalent, if you take the broken one to the shop.
Hope this helps.
