Water level after regen is over half the way up the brine tank
The eductor assembly is plugged. This will cause the unit to not draw brine but will keep re-filling salt tank causing high water in tank.
Take the cover off the control. On the left side of control there is small dome shaped apparatus. The"eductor assembly" is inside here. By-pass the softener, run it through a quick regeneration (to depressurize the system) Hold the regen button down until it starts through cycle, then push regen to cycle through each step of regen until it goes back to service. You will see this (S) on top of the valve where the main drive gear is.
When depressurized, take the lid off the eductor housing, disassemble and clean all the small holes completely. Be cautious of small nozzles and small screen in system as they can be easily lost.
Re-assemble, put water back to unit. Run through manual cycle again.
1. Refill
2. Backwash
3. Brine draw
4. Rinse
Then advance to backwash and let system go through complete regeneration.
You will have to bail most of the water out of salt tank as it will never draw it back down to proper level with that much water in tank. About 4" of water.
