Question about Fuji FinePix S5000 Digital Camera
My camera won't allow me to take any pictures and keeps saying "card not intialized." The card is in right, what else can I do?
There seem to be loads of these problems posted and most of the solutions offered seem to suggest buying another card. I've just had an identical problem with the Fuji 6800. This isn't the first time it happened. Last time, I popped the card into a camera of the same make and model belonging to a friend and hey presto, no further trouble! Hope that this helps. My crash occurred (about twenty minutes ago) when I formatted the card via my PC. Is this a warning? Will your card be accepted into any other cameras? Might be worth a try formatting it in any camera that will accept it. Mostly inspired (uninspired?) guesswork I'm afraid, but I know where you're comingfrom. Good luck!. JD
