I have a Modem, but I can't use it, because I've lost its driver (or may be I never dad it at all). Did you find the driver?If so, would you please send me that?
Well, you DEFINATELY have an Issue! Your Particular model Was and Is NOT Distrubuted in the United States (According to DLink Corporation, on their Web-Site). However, IF you Follow this link:

it will take you to their Direct Site. From there, on the Top-Right-Corner at the "Quick Find", Do the "Select" in the drop-down box. Next, do the "Select One" in the next box (drops down). Then it ask you to pick the Country for your solution, Since that Particular Product is NOT distributed OR Supported By or In the United States Tech Support.
Select the Appropriate Country from which the Unit was obtained for their support. From there, they should have the drivers and software for the unit.
