Mini oven complaint. The heating element in our mini oven turns off but the light remains on and can't be switched off using the controls on the panel. How do I remove the panel and repair the problem??

Hi, well the only thing that can cause this is a shorted controller switch, or a faulty controller, sometimes it can be the thermostat, jammed on,or even a jammed relay, or relay driver.
However to have even a remote chance of a DIY repair one simply MUST obtain a service manual, this shows you how to troubleshoot and isolate a problem for repair. As many Symptoms may have widely differing Causes.
As a professional, I always advice that one should seek a professional, usually it ends up actually being fixed, and cheaper in the long run. Plus there is NO chance of electrocution.
below is your Bosch service link, you can get a manual from here or arrange for a service call.

Most likely the heater element has burnt out. This is accessible by removing the panel in the back of the oven.

You changed the element does everything else work fine, stovetop elements, broiler etc.if so check your wiring going to the new element and to the switch if they are fine it may just be the temp/control switch
