you CAN shut it down by pressing and releasing, (not holding,) the [power] button....then turn it back on.

If you truly wish to perform a 'reboot' or 'restart'; then it depends on WHICH Operating System you have installed.

MOST Micro$oft OS's have a [start] button.

press the [start] button, click on 'shut-down' or 'turn-off', then select 'restart' and then click [ok] and it should start the process.

So you tried to restart your computer completely? Like completely shut down and reboot? That usually works when it happens to me.

Try removing the old ones and it should work. The old ram would just slow you new ram down anyways.

slow computer has many causes , either you add more memory to make fast, or delete the programs that u donot use, or check if you have virus.

go 2 your bios set up check out the temperature of your cpu. the temp of your cpu maybe overheating.

uninstall your printer programme shut down your pc and connect your printer to pc then turn on your computer your computer will display that found new hardware now insert your printer cd and installit on pc and it will run.
