Create a new Google account. Something happened to the old account, easiest to just create a new one. You might be able to reuse your old account name to make a new one.

It's a windows 7 server error and thus most likely the fault of the web site in question. It's failing to verify your log-in. You may have to remove your gmail account log-in from the tablet.
Try going Settings>Accounts>Google>Tap your account> tap three dots in the upper right (or press menu button) "Remove Account".
Go to "Settings"->"Applications"->"Manage Applications"
Select "All"
Scroll to and tap "Google Play Store"
Tap "Force Stop", tap "OK", tap "Clear data", and tap "OK".
Tap the Back button to get back to the applications list.
Scroll to and tap "Google Service Framework" (or Google Play Services)
Tap "Force Stop", tap "OK", tap "Clear data", and tap "OK".
hey...i have never had such a problem with my tab but the same thing was happening to my galaxy phone..so i created a new account using my laptop, switched off my phone for a couple minutes then when it was on, i signed in using the account i had created on my laptop and it worked..try it on your tablet, hope it works.
For your tablet, to get Yahoo! mail you have to activate POP setting; to activate pop on your Yahoo!Mail account you have to pay for it. Now, if you once signed up for Yahoo! Mail Plus, add a new email account
to your email program with the following POP and SMTP settings:
