Go to priner and faxs in control panel double click "hpdeskjet" driver icon, window should open with pending jobs, you can delete them before they get to printer, if jobs are at printer then power off and on of printer will clear its memory of jobs requested

maybe too one of your pictures is bigger than the paper so your printer is trying to finish very big job. either way powering off printer and deleteing jobs in driver then power on printer will enable next job to be sent

I've been using OKIDATE MICROLINE 320 PRINTER at work. I was printing something and I realized that I was printing the wrong page so to stop printing, I simply turned off the power and waited....

You would have to cancel the current print job from your computer for it to stop. Assuming you have access to a computer that is connected to that printer, you will have to find that printer by going to Control Panel > Printers and Faxes > Oki ML 320 then right click, select "See What's Printing" and cancel Current print job (I am also assuming you are using windows). I really hope this helps, if not add a comment clarifying your question, thanks.

My Kodak ESP3250 printer won't print invitations. It just keeps spitting out the invitation and telling me I have the wrong size paper.

This is common with these printers. When you go to print and the kodak dialog print box comes up you need to change the paper size manually for the printer. The printer does not always take the correct paper size from the program you are printing in if it is a custom document.

another word of advice. USE THE TEST SHEET FIRST. This printer does nto correctly print invitations you need to offset the items about 1 inch to the right or so. Test before you print the real things.

Paper size

Okay, go to your printer folder Start/Printers Right click on your printer (Officejet 6310) and click on Properties. You will see a button near the bottom called Printing Preferences. Here is where you choose your paper. You can make your choice here and choose to make it your default settings (click Apply to make the new paper your default to print your will have to change back after). You may change the quality of print and paper type as well since the default setting won't provide the quality of print you desire. From here it's pretty straight forward. Feed your invitations into the paper tray as you would normal paper and try a test print for quality control. Once you've got the desired output, print the rest of your invitations.

Printer says to re-insert paper face down.

You must have the default printer settings changed to "double-sided" printingor "print on Both sides".
Check in your printer properties: 'Right click' the printer icon. Select "properties", "Printing preferences", "finishing", un-check "print on both sides" (these options vary slightly by printer model, so just check around on the different buttons).
That's my best guess. :)

Need to print a half-fold card envelope with HP Photosmart C4480

I'm printing wedding invitation envelopes (or A6) and had to set both my C4480 and psc1315 to a regular size 8.5x11 letter size but changed my margins to reflect the smaller size for my envelope with the left side of the screen being the more narrow margin. After adjusting the top margin accordingly, I fed the envelopes, flap side down and straight into the printer and voila...envelope addresses are printed. Good luck. Blu

HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One print text but no image?

I found what might be the solution to this while searching for a problem for another printer series on HP's site. Go to the Printed Page Is Different Than What Appeared on Screen page and scroll down to "Missing graphics or text, or blank pages"

Paper mismatch

Hi kingwa55,

I have an hp photosmart c4480 and was having the same problem printing wedding invitations. Same size 5.5"x8.5'. Im not sure if this will work on your printer, but this is what I had to do.

Click on Print, then Properties, then features.
About half way down there is a drop down box under sizing options.
Click on custom
Create a name, and put your width and height in.
Click Save and then OK
Completely X out of the print options.
Then Click
File, print, properties, features, click the drop down box under sizing options.
Click more and scroll to the bottom and it should be there.

If your options are different then mine, I'm sorry for wasting your time.
