Question about Computers & Internet
You may need to reinstall your operating system. this happens when a
virus, something called w32. jini.recko^lok affcts the system.
you may also try to install an antivirus program which is up to date, to scan your system. But the bad news is that once this trojen affects your system most of the antiviruses are not successfully installed. The winodws installer service is locked or terminated by this trojen.
best thing to do is to recover and backup your data to any other disk. and repartition your disk and format and reinstal it.
