Hello. Juts moved into new house. Trying to add nes sensors and everything I have read about it says that will or should be a different access code to do that. I can arm and disarm with a code but no access to do anything else. Alarm company is no help with this issue. I desperately need to add new sensors to system.

I believe there are 2-3 different access codes-INSTALLER,USER,-Ive also had problems with programming the transmitters into certain " groups" with store bought units.

Go to the GE Security website, register and download the installation manual. Heres the link:
