remote for lightning mqueen 13" tv model c1310atv is not working with tv...yes it has fresh batteries:) also the tv is not a dvd combo, so i hooked up a seperate dvd player and cannot get dvds to play.i would try channels 2,3,4 but remote will not work and tv switches only allow channels 18,36 and 51
