Canon creative software (by 3 users)

I have the Canon Creative 3 and when I try to get on the Internet from this software, even if the Internet is up an running, Canon Creative 3 says that they can't hear a dial up modem, so they can't connect to the Internet! Well, with high-speed, there IS no dial up, so how do I get to the Internet to get more images and card choices with this old software?

I have a Lexmark X5470 all in one printer and every since I have installed my anti-virus my scanner and printer and everything will not work? What can I do to correct this and still have my anti-virus shield???
