No codes included in packaging RCR461

There is probably not a code available for that unit. Try purchasing a new remote from wal-mart or radioshack and make sure it has skyworth TVs listed on back of the package. All codes will be included with the remote.

I don't know if you need 3 or 4 digit codes so i put them both in.

Press and hold the SETUP
button until the red
indicator stays on, then
release the SETUP button.

Try eliztech.com. I found it on google and it seems to list codes and manufacturers. Hope it works, I too am trying to get my remote to work. It worked fine for quite awhile and just recently will not, so hopefully this will work..Good luck

A learning remote lets you program it with the original remote. I did it today with a Phillips brand remote I bought at Wal-mart. I have an cheap Memorex TV and when I pressed the volume down button on my Comcast remote, the TV setup menu appeared. I had to "teach" the new Phillips universal remote by pointing it at the original remote that came with my TV and pressing cooresponding buttons on both units. It was a bit of work, but it worked.

I guess this is useless unless you have the remote that came with the unit and don't mind switching to a new remote that has learning capabilities.

A manual does not exist for RCR461. Sorry.

LG code 1196 works with some RCA Universal remote for power and volume.

I programmed my RCR461 to an Emerson TV by entering code 1170. On the DirecTV, I entered 5059. Found them the hard way, but it works....
