1999 keystone sprinter power converter no dc power

A fuse may be one of the reasons why your 1999 Keystone Sprinter RV is not getting DC power from the power converter. To test the fuse, you can follow these steps:
  1. Locate the fuse panel: The fuse panel for the power converter is usually located near the power converter itself or in the electrical control center of the RV.
  2. Identify the fuse for the power converter: Look for the fuse labeled "power converter" or "DC power."
  3. Check the fuse: Remove the fuse from the panel and check to see if it is blown. A blown fuse will have a melted wire inside. If the fuse is blown, replace it with a new one with the same amp rating.
  4. Test the power converter: Once the fuse is replaced, turn on the RV's power and see if the power converter is providing DC power.
If the fuse is not blown, or if replacing the fuse does not resolve the issue, there may be a problem with the power converter itsel

No power to windows, radio, dash

I would start by checking if the under dash fuse panel is getting power to all the fuses. A few will be hot at all times (like the brake light fuse, horn fuse), but with key on, all fuses in the fuse panel should have power available to them.
Use a test light, clip the ground clip to a metal bracket, and use the test light probe to touch the fuses at the ends-the little indents on top of fuse is open to the metal strip in the fuse. When the probe touches that strip, the test light should light, meaning power is getting to the fuses. No light? Maybe not grounded good-keep trying until you get a light when touching the fuses through that little **** at top of fuse. When you have a good ground, check all fuses. With key on, all fuses should have power-now you can check the radio fuse and dash fuse.

You can do this also to check for a blown fuse. Even a blown fuse will light the tester on one end of fuse. A good fuse will light tester on both ends of fuse. A blown fuse will only light tester on one end. You can check fuses this way without pulling the fuse out to inspect.
If no power to the fuse panel or to part of the panel, look for a bad fusible link or maxi fuse that distributes power to the fuse panel. There may also be a relay (ignition relay) that the key switch turns on to send power to the fuses that are hot in accessory or run.

No power to memrey wire for stero

In the engine fuse compartment... .check fuse #3 (10 amp fuse) to see if you have power to the fuse and coming out of the fuse. If you have no power coming from the fuse, suspect a blown fuse or a broken wire between that fuse box and the radio... if there is no power to that fuse. Check the Maxi fuse number 6, a 30 amp fuse.

Windows won't go up or down

Fuses maybe? but more likely you have a power feed from the battery to the fuse box that has become disconnected or broken.

Get a test light and check the fuses with the key on to see if you have power to both sides of the fuses.

If you have power to both sides of the fuses, its not the fuse or the power supply.

If you have power on only one side of the fuse it the fuse.

If you have no power on either side of the fuse, your not getting power to the fuses block.
