FULLY CHARGED BATTER AND IT WILL NOT START
from your description it could be one of a few things, your alternator may be defective if your battery is not getting charged. live leads from the batter where bare and open to water. water to the battery lead and the chassis coudl have caused the battery to drain. firstly check your batter is fully charged and try again. if the problem is still there then it could be that your solenoid or wire to it is defective and needs replacing. ensure all electical connections are tight and free from water.
