I would recommend to use either any of the following software, which can help you update and find driver automatically once installed on your system.

1) Iobit driver booster 1.3
2) Driver magician
3) Driver detective

do find serials key to activate full version so that it would function fully

try to install the drivers cd of your intel motherboard;
it will not show as LG pc, because you had changed your system
your system now is in INTEL,so it will display as INTEL
