If I were you, always have a backup email.

its a bore, least you get your email.
the choice is endless. The email is still there, just make sure you enter mail details and pass words . I use gmx as back up. www.gmx.com. New one on the scene.

This is a very strange solution, hopefully someone can help you out more than me, though whenever I have problems that are strange especially with microsoft email or anything internet related I delete my temporary internet files and reboot, and the problems go away.

There are two ways to remove the temporary internet files, through internet options or disk cleanup.

Internet Options can be found in Control Panel or in tools in Internet Explorer.
Disk Cleanup can be found by going to the Start Menu, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disk Cleanup.
After doing a disk cleanup it wouldn't hurt to do a defrag on the hard drive. Disk Defragmenter can be found in the same location as Disk Cleanup.

Personally I use the free Mozilla Thunderbird and haven't had any trouble. Of course most workplaces use microsoft products and you have no choice.

SOURCE: Can't access my comcast e-mail.

Did you try adding an additional email account?, I have comcast. You may have lost the settings for your POP3 account. Go into outlook if that is what you are using and check the settings. The settings may have been changed .If nothing works, delete the account, and start from scratch, on your comcast home page it will give you the settings to use for the incoming and outgoing mail servers. If that dosen't work let me know, It may be some kind or malware or other junk that one encounters on the internet.

Can't use either Microsoft Live Mail or Lookout Express v6 with Belkin Router. Can't send or receive email Can you tell me what the email setup is for either one? Both email programs probably use the same...

Ask COMCAST for the names of their POP-server and of their MAIL-server, and configure Outlook Express to use those names.

Microsoft Live Mail is "web-based" -- all you need to do is to web-surf to their web-site, login, and click "send/receive" or click "compose" and later "send".

IMac not receiving some e-mails

perhaps looking in the mail preferences and see if you have any rules active, also do a spetlight search for a lost email that you do know from your pc, this could point you to a mailbox that they are going to.Mail is way better than outlook and I have never lost an email yet and I have used it since beta.
