The screen on my phone just went haywire today. Nothing is showing up but white and some streaks of color. Everything seems to work, but I just can't see what I'm doing. Is there a way to reset the thing? Is it a temporary problem or something more systemic that should be brought to the manufacturer's/retailer's attention?

Please help, I'm dead in the water without this thing.

Twism77 - have the mobile firmware reflash on the phone

Cas81 - take the phone and have the lcd replaced.

rizr s9 - do a master reset and clear of the phone and if that does not work then reflash the firmware on the phone.

My motorola z3 camera doesnt work. when i go to picture camera, it says the picture capture failed and whenever i go to video camera, it says that system error. what will i do? please help me.

The camera is in bad condition, so it needs to be replaced, a better idea is to buy another one and to keep the old SIM, that is your phone # and contacts

Try using 0000 as it's the basic code for every bluetooth unless manually change. That is the factory default.

When paired to my iPhone I can hear but the other party cannot hear me. I also get a constant repeating tone in the left earpiece after attempting a call

Your phone and headset Blue-tooth profile may not be compatible, there are different types of Blue-tooth profile and the moto s9 supports A2DP, i do not know what profile your phone supports you would have to look in the manufacturing specification.

A2DP (Advanced Audio Distubution Profile) Allows you to be able to listen to near CD quality audio wirlessley it also allows a platform for basic function to be used such as play\puase, volume control ect

Blue-tooth profile basically make sure that two devices are talking in the same language and therefore understand the commands they are giving each other, saying that some different profile may work together but as a rule of thumb try to match the profiles

Picture capture failed

you may sort it by taking out the battery and putting back in again, or go to settings and select factory/reset default which will erase all settings to when you purchased it.
